Return Eligibility

- The item must not be damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
EVORA does not provide prepaid return labels and is not responsible for shipping fees incurred when returning an item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as EVORA cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted if:
- More than 30 days have passed since delivery.
- The item is returned damaged due to misuse.
- Proof of purchase cannot be provided.
- The returned item is not received by EVORA.
No Refunds After 30 Days
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.
